Valley Outreach Food Shelf

Our food shelf serves eligible residents of the Stillwater Area School District (zip codes: 55001, 55003, 55042, 55043, 55047 & 55082)

Clients may visit the food shelf one time each calendar month. Seniors (65 or older) may visit the food shelf two times each calendar month.

Dawn's Closet

Dawn's Closet gives clean, gently-used clothing and accessories to men, women and children. We also give clean, gently-used and functioning household essentials (baby items, bed, bath and kitchen linens, sets of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cookware, small kitchen appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens and coffee makers) to families in need.

Dawn's Closet serves residents of Washington county, eastern Ramsey County and western Wisconsin communities in Polk and St. Croix Counties.

Clients may visit Dawn's Closet as often as they wish until they have reached their seasonal limit of 15 items for each household member.

Emergency Fund

Our emergency fund provides cash assistance to families and individuals in crisis. Assistance is granted for rent or mortgage payments, heat and/or other utility bills, transportation related expenses, medical care and/or prescription drug costs, and other emergencies.

Assistance provided to clients is limited to once every twelve months and capped at a lifetime total of three times. Payments are always made to the creditors of our clients and never to our clients directly.
