Sunday morning check-in/check out


The safety and security of your child is important to us. On Sunday mornings, we use a computerized check-in system called ParentPager. In order to help you understand how our check-in process works, please read over the following information.
 
Your first visit
On your first visit to Rockpoint, you will be directed to the appropriate area to check in your child (locations listed below). Upon arriving at the check-in station, you will be asked to fill out an information card and your child will be given a temporary nametag. (If you are checking an infant into our nursery, you will also be issued a pager). Your information will be entered into our computer that morning.
 
When you pick up your child, give the attendant your name, and they will check your child out of our system. You will be handed a check-out sheet that you will take to your child's classroom. Give this sheet to your child's teacher. The teacher must check this sheet before giving you your child.
 
Check-in locations
Infants (0-23 mos)--Nursery--upper level, to the right of the main entrance doors.
 
Preschool (2 yrs - Kindergarten)--Preschool registration desk. Take stairway to lower level, follow hallway to left past the Student Warehouse to preschool registration desk.
 
Elementary (Grades 1-5)-Take stairway to the lower level. Room is immediately to the right at the foot of the stairs.
 
**Infants must check-in at the nursery, however preschool and elementary children can check-in at any of our stations.
 
If you come again...
If you choose to visit us again, we will take pictures of you, anyone authorized to pick up your child (siblings must be in 6th grade or older), and your child. Your child's picture will print up on their nametag and the pictures of those authorized to pick up your child will print up on the check out sheet used at the end of the morning.
 
If you stay...
If you choose to regularly attend Rockpoint, you can request a proximity card that fits on your key ring. You can use this card at our self check-in station and check-in your children using our touchscreen monitors.  Don't forget to check them out as well!
